Our team at the Hotel Kothmühle

Our employees have made so much possible with their team spirit and dedication. We, the Scheiblauer family, are proud of every single person in our excellent team.

Our employees are happy to work with us. The friendly atmosphere, the solidarity in the team and the many advantages make us an attractive employer.  They get to use the facilities like tennis courts and spa area free of charge. And on our annual employee excursions – to Barcelona, London, Berlin, Zürich, Dijon, Milan – the Kothmühle team has had many eventful days.

We support further education and training because they are profitable for the hotel and the profession. Maria Schuett, the Human Resources manager at the Kothmühle said at the "best for people" Awards, "Wherever possible, we help to ensure that our employees have the best possibilities for their personal fulfilment."

The distinction "best for people" is awarded to the best employers in the tourist industry by the buying cooperative hogast – The basis is feedback from the employees, the opinion of our team. "Our employees seem to enjoy their work," says Maria Schuett, who is very happy that the personnel policy at the Kothmühle is headed in the right direction. 

The Kothmühle received the Trainer's Trophy for its dedication to apprentice training in the area of Tourism. We are also very proud of this distinction.
